Statement of Purpose
The purpose of the Membership and Outreach Committee of the Santa Barbara County LATIDEMS is to:
  1. Design and implement strategies for the recruitment and retention of LATIDEMS members.
  2. Monitor membership trends
  3. Coordinate and collaborate with key countywide groups, key Latino leaders throughout the community and other LATIDEMS committees to increase membership and outreach.
  4. Promote communication with other Latino organizations throughout Santa Barbara County
  5. Inform potential and current members of the benefits and privileges of LATIDEMS membership

El propuesto del comité de Membrecía de LATIDEMS del Condado de Santa Bárbara es:

 

a.    Crear e implementar estrategias para reclutar y retener miembros de LATIDEMS

b.    Monitorear tendencias de la membrecía

c.    Coordinar y colaborar con grupos clave atreves del condado, líderes Latinos, y la comunidad y los otros comités de LATIDEMS para crecer nuestra membrecía y alcance.  

d.    Promover comunicación con otras organizaciones Latinas en el condado de Santa Bárbara

e.     Informar miembros y futuros miembros de los beneficios y privilegios de la membrecía de LATIDEMS
